My HO scale layout is based in part on the Delaware and Hudson Railways Adirondack Branch.
It's a work in progress.The rail line goes from Corinth NY to Hadley NY. It's 1978, October and Fall is in full swing.
The main traffic on this line are wood products, grain and dairy. The area is primarily rural and the population is pretty much at a subsistence level of income.
The layout is built on hollow core doors with two sections special built for the corner and the transition to Hadley.
The layout is hung from the walls with heavy duty shelf brackets. The layout is in the shape of the letter F.
